How many times do we have that feeling of being out of place, of not knowing how we should be living, what our task here is, where we belong...
Toltec shamanism offers all the tools we need to walk in balance – developing joy in our everyday lives (falling in love with life) and connecting to the unknown, magical, mysterious part of living (navigating in consciousness). The apprentice understands that the only way to change his/her life is through saving energy, and impeccability is the basis of this:
Impeccability is the appropriate use of energy
Impeccability means: for your eyes only
Impeccability is giving 100% of yourself and a little bit more
Impeccability means finishing the things you have started
Impeccability...
In this course we will also develop the basic practices of Toltec shamanism: breathing exercises that take us to states of power, trance dance, management and direction of energy, cleaning the luminous bubble, dreaming, silencing the internal dialogue... and finding and connecting to those states of love and joy that make life worth living.

Joanna Crowson has walked the path of the Toltec warrior for over 15 years, working with highly-respected teachers of the Toltec tradition, including Mariví de Teresa, Agustín (Itzcoatl Papalotzin), and Victor Sánchez, as well as with shamans and teachers of other traditions. For the last 10 years she has been leading workshops, sweatlodges and other ceremonies, mostly in Spain, and has developed her own simple, joyful style. She is a lover of knowledge, of the Great Mystery and of the art of flowing. Joanna works with ‘Intent’, invokes the energy, and opens the door so that Spirit, always present, can take the reins of the magical process and guide the journey. She is co-author of The Key to the Universe, a book that presents the 13 Energies together with an oracle deck offering a practical toolkit for personal and spiritual growth that offers ways of working directly with energies and your connection to Spirit, and is Director of the new Gaia Spirit festival, aimed at building sustainable community and culture.
